FDGSR Rent Game Servers for a variety of games, and we will endeavour to add more as time goes on. Games such as Americas Army, Call Of Duty 4, Call Of Duty 5, rFactor and BF2. TeamSpeak Communications Servers are also Hosted by FDGSR.
Our game servers are hosted in Brisbane, Australia, in fully equipped data centers. From UPS power, backup generators, state of the art Networking Interfaces, we are guaranteed a 99.9% network uptime. This delivers excellent performance and your game server applications will be served quickly and reliably to your users. As time goes on, we will look to obtain Servers in other States as well.
We will not oversell our resources like alot of other Game Server Providers are known for. Server Loads are monitored constantly, as well as bandwidth usage.
We do not have contracts, all we require is a months notice in writing to cancel a server. All payments are to be made upfront.
We take great pride knowing that we would not exist if it weren't for our customers and the gaming community we serve, so the Support and Customer Service you will get from FDGSR is second to none. You will have access to Email and Forum Support, and in the not too distant future, there will be a full Support Ticket System setup and put in place. We will answer all support tickets / submissions generally within an hour, quicker in most cases, (during the hours of 7am and Midnight AEST).
